Still Figuring It Out—But Showing Up Anyway

You’re supposed to know who you are by now, right? I’m 60, and some days I’m still asking, “Who even is she?” But I’ve learned that showing up as you are—gray braids, racy red Camaro, playlist full of 80s rock and a love for  fantasy football—is more than enough. Origin Story

From Omaha to DC: The Long Way to Myself

I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, during a time when the expected path was simple: date your high school sweetheart, get married, settle down. I wanted no part of it. Why This Platform Exists

This Isn’t Just About Me—It’s About Us

I created Signing New Chapters for women who are done pretending. Women of color who feel pressure to age gracefully, look perfect, be quiet, and never question the path. I’m here to say: you can wear long braids, get cosmetic surgery, start over at 55, and live life your way. It’s never too late to break the mold.
